April 2014 Greece and Turkey Easter Cruise

This cruise generally went very well, but we experienced some unnecessary glitches. They were:
    1) The web site describes the regular cruise, but the Easter cruise has a different departure port and itinerary. We were not aware of this before we booked a pre-board hotel near the wrong port, so we incurred additional transportation expenses.
    2) We did not receive our cruise eTicket until 4 days prior to boarding our flights, and then only after questioning whether we had received all the required documents to board.
    3) We were not given the location and time of departure until we received our eTicket, 4 days prior to boarding our flights.

Once onboard everything went smoothly, but the lack if cruise details until the last minute left us with stress headaches!!

Thank you for your comments and we are pleased to note that you enjoyed the cruise. The cruise e-tickets and correct boarding information were delayed by the cruise line - presumably due to last minute changes, so certainly beyond our control, but our apologies none the less.
