A cruise voyage unraveling the natural and ancient wonders of Dalmatia
- The medieval walled town of Korcula
- The cultural heritage of Old Budva and Cetinje
- A nightcap at a harbourfront taverna in Paxos
- Corfu town and the island hills
- The incredible World Heritage site of Butrint, Albania
- The stunning fjord and Bay of Kotor
- Historic Kotor town
Trust us, there is no more varied itinerary for Summer 2018 than a cruise along this stunning coastline that runs south from Dubrovnik into the Ionian Sea. In 7 nights you’ll see 4 countries – you start in Croatia, cruise down to Montenegro, continue to the Greek Islands of Paxos and Corfu, then cruise back via Albania.
The culture in this area is generally incredible and you can walk the walls and narrow streets of the old towns like Bar, Korcula and Kotor and look back through the mists of time to when Marco polo was a lad. For most, the highlight will be the chance to see one of the least known UNESCO World Heritage Sites at Butrint, a combination of Greek and Roman ruins only opened-up to the world in the past ten years or so. Make sure you take your camera, people back home won’t believe a place like Albania has such incredible wonders.
Optional : Cruise & Stay
We sail in and out of the drop-dead-gorgeous medieval walled city of Dubrovnik, but if you want to explore its multi-layered history, and walk around the walls, (or if you’re a Game of Thrones fan) you’ll really need a night or two either pre- or post your cruise. Our partner, 4 star Grand Hotel Park is perfectly placed for access to the old town or the Dubrovnik Riviera.
