Within a short drive is the traditional fishing hamlet of Achaia and the farming town of Kato Achaia. Notable excursions from the area include ancient Olympia, birth place of the Olympic Games. Also the city of Patras with its castle and well known Achaia Klaus wine museum. Further along the coast the new Rion bridge is one of the world’s longest suspension bridges linking the Peloponnese with the mainland and an ideal route to visit ancient Delphi. To the west are the Araxos and Metochi lagoons, protected wetlands of international repute.

On site facilities include the terrace restaurant overlooking the beach, the lively club-house bar which stays open till late and has a pool table, darts and a large beachside terrace, the beach bar, plus a snack bar overlooking the large freshwater swimming pool and childrens pool.

There are two tennis courts, table tennis, crazy golf, a reception offering money exchange and a mini market/gift shop.

All bungalows have a terrace, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, colour TV and mini fridge and accommodate two or three. A small number accommodate two adults plus two children in bunk beds. Superior sea-frontand pool-front bungalows are available at a supplement.

Accommodation is offered on half board basis with breakfast and dinner daily.

Dinghy Sailing & windsurfing

Our sailing club caters for a maximum of 60 Seafarer guests and is run by our own team of instructors and safety crew.
Equipment on offer includes a twenty windsurfers with a choice of rigs, a range of sailing dinghies including 4 Taz's by Topper, four Toppers, two Lazers as well as two larger Omega dinghys and a two Dart 16 catamarans. All the dinghies were new for 2006 or 2007. We also have a 32 foot yacht based on the site for optional sailing courses and day trips.

Our club sailing team offer free advice and regular, regular sailing clinics for beginners and intermediates alike.
Club operating times are daily 09:30 - 13:00 & 14:00 to 17:30 when our safety patrol and beach staff are on duty.

Optional 2-day sailing tuition courses on offer include:
Intro to sailing / windsurfing: Beginners course for adults or children 9 and over.
Level II - intermediate skills: Courses are offered for dinghy sailors and windsurfers.
Courses cost £69 pp and are bookable locally.
Pre-Flotilla yacht sailing courses are available, bookable locally.
